The Initial Consultation - What to Expect

Initial consultations can range from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the individual. During the first meeting, a comprehensive health history will be reviewed, discussing familial health conditions and past health experiences. Alexis will work to delve into your experience and gain the most thorough understanding of your health and/or dis-ease. Alexis also utilizes various clinical assessment skills such as blood pressure, pulse palpation, urinalysis, tongue diagnosis, and humoural/constitutional classifying to further understand your body and health state.

Your personal health goals are always at the forefront – what you choose to prioritize will be shared and respected.

Following the intake, a treatment protocol will be created, which may involve personalized herbal remedies (tea and/or tincture), diet and lifestyle recommendations, supplement recommendations, and/or energetic medicine (flower essences, meditation drops, etc.). All remedies dispensed are 100% natural, plant based medicine.

The Follow-Up - What to Expect

In a follow up appointment, progress will be monitored and the protocol adjusted to continue the support. With each meeting, the customized formula within your protocol will be assessed and tweaked, in order to continue stimulating your progress and addressing where you are in your health trajectory. As your health evolves and changes, so does your protocol.
